Meet the Team: Mengyu Wang

• MSc in Cellular Manufacturing and Therapy, National University of Ireland, Galway (Grade 1.1 First Class Honours) gained excellent knowledge of GMP-manufacturing of cell products.

• Work in REMEDI as a research assistant from December 2020

• Experienced in a wide range of in vivo and in vitro lab. procedures and settings, including cell culture, cell characterization, multispectral optoacoustic tomography (MSOT) imaging in rodents, histology, and quality control of production samples.

I believe the AI models developed by the CELLIMAGE project will help reduce the cost and time of MSC quality inspection remarkably, and build more standardized and simplified inspection methods, which will be a breakthrough innovation in the cell manufacturing process.”
